1. Ownership requirement

You must own the video you process or hold explicit permission from the rights holder. Before any project starts, you confirm this in writing inside the app. Downloading or re-uploading third-party videos without permission may violate platform terms and copyright law.

2. What we do not do

We do not provide a way to bypass platform protections, paywalls or DRM, and we do not host a public library of other people's videos.

3. Reporting infringement

If you believe content processed on our service infringes your rights, send a notice through the contact page including: identification of the work, the clip or project reference, your contact details, a statement of good-faith belief, a statement that the information is accurate, and your signature.

4. Our response

Valid notices lead to removal or disabling of the reported material and notification of the account holder.

5. Counter-notice

If your content was removed in error you may submit a counter-notice with the same identifying details and a statement explaining your right to use the material.

6. Repeat infringers

Accounts that repeatedly process infringing material will be suspended or terminated.
