1. Data we collect

• Account data: email address, display name and authentication identifiers.
• Project data: source links or filenames, chosen settings, processing status and usage minutes.
• Generated data: clips, scores, selection reasons, captions and brand templates.

2. How videos are handled

Source videos and generated clips are stored in private buckets that are not publicly listable. Access is scoped to your account. Transcripts and caption text are stored so you can edit and export them.

3. Purpose of processing

We process your data to run the clipping pipeline, show your results, enforce plan limits and provide support. We do not sell your personal data.

4. Third-party processing

Transcription, scoring and rendering may run on infrastructure providers acting as processors under contract. They may only use the data to perform those tasks.

5. Retention and deletion

Projects, clips, captions and usage records are kept until you delete them. Deleting a project removes its clips and captions permanently. Deleting your account removes your profile and associated project data.

6. Your rights

You can access, correct, export or delete your data. Contact us through the contact page to make a request.

7. Security

Access to your rows is enforced at the database level so only your account can read or modify them. No system is perfectly secure; report suspected issues to us immediately.

8. Children

The service is not directed at children under 13, and accounts for minors require the consent of a parent or guardian where local law requires it.
