Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or processing a video with ISHOT Clips you agree to these terms, the Privacy Policy, the Copyright Policy and the Acceptable Use Policy.

2. Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details, for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity performed under your account.

3. Content rights

You may only import, upload, process, download or republish content that you own or are authorized to use. You keep ownership of your source videos and of the clips generated from them. You grant us the limited technical rights needed to store and process the video in order to deliver the service.

4. Processing limits

Each plan includes a monthly processing allowance, a maximum number of clips per project and an export-quality ceiling. Exceeding your allowance may pause processing until the next period or until you upgrade.

5. No performance guarantee

The ISHOT Score is an estimate of engagement potential derived from the audio, video and transcript. It is not a prediction of results. We do not guarantee views, followers, watch time, revenue or virality.

6. Availability

Features may change, and processing capacity may be limited, queued or temporarily unavailable. When a video-processing worker is not connected, the app runs in Demo Mode and clearly labels sample results instead of rendering video.

7. Termination

You may delete your projects or stop using the service at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms, infringe third-party rights or abuse processing capacity.

8. Liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost revenue, or claims arising from content you did not have the right to process.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised version.
